I think he sounds like someone blowing raspberries. I didn't think proty developed lungs or anything to help with his voicebox.

I "hear" Proty as having a very soft, earnest voice, whether it's telepathic or otherwise. I can't place a name on the voice at the moment, but it'll come to me.
