Those are some *groovy* pictures, of space!

OMG, what's Tinya doing in that last picture with that jaguar-puking-up-a-Coluan!

Space butterfly lady and lizard-dudes with psychedelic wings are tres funkee!

It looks like this is the Mexican edition of Esteban Maroto's "5 por infinito," which is one of the classics of Spanish comics. It was also translated by Continuity in the '80s, under the title Zero Patrol, and significantly redrawn. Maroto later worked for DC on titles like Zatanna and Atlantis Chronicles.

Heretical thought of the day;

Butterfly lady would make one *hell* of a Dawnstar re-imagining.

I think "butterfly lady" is Ayla at Space Mardi Gras or Klordny.

No connection (probably), but here's some more butterfly people...in space!

not alone in having the first thought of the top picture being Dawnstar.

But hey, you could reimagine her as Insect Queen too.

An instectoid Legionnaire >tik< wonderful >tik<

Do you do yoga? Have you been fasting? Are you now seeing butterfly people? Stop now! Take up a proper past time like Rugby!

What no cricket? surely leather on willow is both the pinnacle of a gentelman's sporting career, as well as being able to show off his beard.

No chance of being confused about the contents. The publishers have kindly put it in a box on the cover. Just in case it wasn't clear from the title. Or the art.

Captain Hugo in the Manchurian candidate of Space!

Querl Dox has syphoned off Jo Nah's powers to boost his forcefield! But it's driven him mad! Again! But Look! His head has been operated on...by the Brain Stealers!

Nural Nal says "I told you so about the Brain Stealers" in another smug episode of Dreams of Doom!

Well the Legion has certainly been influenced by the image to the right. Although the Legion is just finito.
