There's a thread here about next wave news, but I thought it might be fun to post what titles we WANT to be in the next wave. Who knows, maybe someone from TPTB at DC is lurking and that way-out title your hoping for might actually come to be! Okay, probably not. I posted most of these to twitter (my user name is @shanghalla) and copied @DCComics, but no luck, natch.

Title: THE DANGER PATROL
Pitch: a.k.a The Dingbats of Danger Street, recast slightly as a "Boy Commando" neighborhood watch group keeping an eye on the worst part Metropolis.

Pitch: The original Teen Titans who've yet to appear in the New 52, recast as band mates caught at customs with drugs and forced to work undercover for the ATF to get the goods on their manager. Mr. Jupiter.

Portfolio Boy: I am in for the all-Dibny House of Mystery and the H.I.T. Squad.

However, if TPTB had ever listened to me, we would already have World's Finest Comics II, starring Funnyman and Madame Fatal, and DC would have bought the rights to Herbie decades ago.

And there would be an Alfred Hitchcock Presents / Twilight Zone / Outer Limits / Night Gallery -type TV series called The Sandman hosted by Neil Gaiman.

I especially like the GREAT FROG idea, but would want it more super-heroey.
