Ah, I remember when I, Cobalt Kid, won the first two LMB ping pong tournaments in 3004 and 3005. I was going for the threepeat when Eryk shook my hand and wished me good luck...and then I subsequently was crushed by a collapsing roof, pinned under a ton of debris, and Shark Lad easily took the championship.

Following my loss to Space Ranger in the 3007 semi-finals, I was so angry that I encouraged a full scale ping pong hooligan riot during the championship match between Ranger and Fat Cramer.
Ever since, "Riot Day" has become an official Legion World holiday where ping pong fans pack the bars and sing drunken chants with each other. Last year there was only 97 fights!
