Back on the internet, guys. <In-character> Okay, I thought about delaying this again, but here goes.... From now on, I am "Lard Lad" no more! When the LMB needs its guardian knight to stand with them and defend Legion World, the United Planets and any innocents anywhere who are threatened, they will now call: PALADIN! Why the name change? Well, long story short, "Lard Lad" (and the Lard Knights) was named after the so-called "Lard Force" that was supposedly the source of my powers. Recently, I found out that there was never such a thing. I inherited my evil father's powers, and others were allowed to access his power to allow his influence to spread. With my father's death, only his descendants have any possible inheritance of his powers. The Lard Knights are no more, but I honor their legacy by carrying on the values that made them great. So here I am, a lone paladin who will fight for what is right until my dying breath to guard all that is good and just in the universe. I know it's not as catchy as "Lard Lad", and some of you may find "Paladin" less memorable. But that phase of my career is over. Time, at long last for Phase II! Worry not, though, my friends are always welcome to call me "Lardy" forever and ever. And next week, another special announcement on the revival of an old LMB establishment that yours truly will be heading up. I think this will only be a positive thing for the LMB going forward. Can't wait to tell you all about it!!!
