The thumb doesn't show for me, either, Deddy... but if you click on it, the actual picture opens up in another window.

HEY GANG-
Any thoughts of a group effort for costumes at San D or Boston this year?

Thanks for all the kind words, folks. Wearing a costume can be a lot of fun if you don't mind being asked to be in pictures. Kent, since there are so many potential Chucks here, we could all go as various incarnations of our favorite bouncing hero.

Another idea is to go as Crewman #3. Remember where that comes from? Hint, it's the equivalent of a Star Trek Red Shirt! One year at Dragoncon, three guys dressed up as Henchman #1, Henchman #2, and Henchman #3, and had a girl dress up in a Catwoman like costume. The shirts even said Henchman #1, etc on them just like on the old Batman TV show!

I never wore a costume around a con, but I did once play a very Burt Ward inspired Dick Grayson in a skit at a con. Another guy played Robin though... it was easier than a costume change and people thought we were brothers besides. It was many, many years ago and sadly, I have no pictures. It was some kind of Dr. Who skit mostly, but with the Doctor jumping around other shows for some reason. I think it was in Columbus, GA ca. 1988 or so at a con called Magnum Opus con. It was outside in an amphitheater no less.
