It has been several days since our last communication. Per your orders we have organized your armies, including the new influx of troops your requested several months ago and are pleased to say that the military might of your personal army rivals even the Khunds. We are unsure what to do at this time, and await your orders.

Legate, I’ve known you for some time, and I believe you would have us come closer to Legion World and help in the battle, thus, I cannot understand the lack of communication.

All correspondence at this time tells us that the armies of your fellow Triumvirs Eryk Davis Ester and Grey Birdboy have since retired from active service, and we are unable to hail them. Long ago you gave the order that the Triumvirate Armies are to never enter Legion World in accordance with Ancient Law. I await your orders pertaining to this long-standing agreement.

Loyal brothers,

I have been out of action too long and things have become beyond outrageous. What we have suffered can never be truly revenged, but we will make due. I am calling forth the full armies of Cobalt Kid to enter Legion World space and make war on the armies of the Dark Oval. Quarter is neither asked nor expected.

I warn the armies that under oath to the ancient laws of Legion World, we cannot enter the actual planet. But we can defend it and we will. Bring forth all your might and all your anger.

I have asked Hrun the Barbarian, my noble brother, to join us in unleashing our ferocity. I will call for more help in due course.

Join me now, as I fly into space and defend what we can. The battle to stop the INVASION is planet-side, but the harshness of war is in orbit.

Noble Brother and comrade in arms,

I've writing to report the following: The United Planets has given me the temporary title of co-comannder of their star-fleets, to engage the Dark Oval forces and drive them across UP territory.

Unknown to any, I've taken this opportunity to unleash Hrun's hordes into the Dark Oval and begin our own attack into their territory, to show them that there are those of us that do not care about borders either. Until they sue for peace and non-aggression, I will not cease our occupation.

Per our agreement many years ago, I will award one-third of any conquered territory to you. I know your current beliefs of Greg Evignan Island may lead you to think another path will be taken...nonetheless, I stand by our long-standing agreement.

I will continue to send you updates on our struggles, and it is up to you if you'd like to share them with Legion World. As you are aware, the Triumvirate, when acting in that function, are not required to follow the code of the LMB, as the Triumvirate is a completely seperate office with an agreement with Legion World. Therefore, any communications on the waging of this war will go through the United Planets Military command first, other than these updates I send to you.

Brother at arms,

I now write to you to formalize what you and I have been speaking about for some months. Given the recent events involving the Triumvirate armies and the defense of Legion World during the Invasion, we have undertaken a thorough rethinking of the existence of the Legion World Triumvirate. Most importantly, Greybird, our ally of Starhaven, and loyal brother, has left Legion World with his army, which now leaves only two armies among us triumvirs, ipso facto, there is no triumvirate.

We would both rather not replace him, as that would leave a bitter taste in our mouths and seem unfair and unkind. Thus, following our conversation, I say that we two now execute our powers as Triumvirs, with no superior office controlling us, to dissolve the Triumvirate once and for all.

Further, for many years now, you have used your army not for the glorious conflicts of war, but rather, another path, which you say leads to enlightment and peace. You have pushed your army to settle down on Greg Evignan Island and undertake a life of peace, prosperity and search for knowledge—laying down your arms, rather than taking them up, as my armies have always done. I know that this is a good, strong path and that a large majority of your army follows you and would rather be more like monks than soldiers.

I also have seen my army grow tired from bloodshed and I, myself, am disheartened after the loss of my great friend and trusted second in command, Scipio Taltarus, who now like noble Martyrious is among the deceased. Therefore, I now plan on taking my own army along a different path as well, joining back with yours for something completely new. I will converse with you further, and soon we will tell Legion World our intentions, and though we owe them no explanations, I find that it would be most fitting.
