...Space Ranger has turned against Legion World...he does want an alt ID revolution. Sadly, he believes he is doing what's right, for he was always an honorable man, alt ID or not.

Space Ranger is still on the loose on Legion World, after kidnapping Stoopid Cat, Jinx and Queen Connie. Although they have all escaped from Dr. K Nine's facility, this crime needs to be solved!
What is this alt ID rebellion that Space Ranger has planned?
What is the mysterious item he is looking for and what does it mean for Legion World?
Is there any truth to the rumor that Stoopid Cat has a secret file of the identities of every alt ID?
Where has the Royal Inquisitor gone off to, is he still helping Space Ranger, and if so, who else is?
