Dennis, I'm still waiting... GOOD GOD. I want THAT. Shame you guys probably won't be doing pumpkin and squash dishes next summer when I'm in NYC... That sounds utterly fantastic. I love interesting flavors that aren't just basic tomato / cream / broth base sauces, and that certainly sounds like it fits the bill. Yumm-O! White. A blank page or canvas. His favorite. So... many... possibilities.
