The Legion World Triumvirate uses funds gained from the conquest of far off lands to decorate Legion World with statues of important posters and heroes of the LMB.
Like this one of Future, one of the most important of the younger generation of LMBers!

I'd like to get the festivities started here, to honor a very amazing young gentleman here on Legion World.
It's become a tradition for me to speak at these ceremonies, as the first Statue recipient, although I'll try to surprise you a little and skip any talk about me and get to the man of the hour. Needless to say, these statues have become a great tradition on Legion World, and I've enjoyed everyone since my own became the first.
Today we honor Future, a truly bright young superstar of Legion World and the LMB. And right now, there are none that are any brighter. Future came from relative obscurity six months ago, and has quickly become one of the most prominent posters across the entire Legion World boards. He *always* takes his time to make sure he talks to every person he can, and he is involved in almost every fun game and serious discussion we have.
He always has something interesting to say, and he's always the perfect gentleman. And he happens to be one of the most ingenius marketing minds I've ever seen--just check out his bumper sticker thread.
Above all things though, Future stands for something more. Often, there might be feelings that Legion World or the LMB are exclusive clubs that are hard to break into. Yet, Future proves beyond anything that this is not true--he went from someone that nobody knew a half year ago to fitting in like an old friend, acting like a leader in all discussion on this board and being someone that everyone loves talking to. I remember beginning to see his name start popping up more often, and seeing him join in on conversations a third of a year ago. Now, I consider him a close friend on this board.
Future, you're a great guy and a brave LMBer! We, of Legion World, salute you!

Cobie's speech was wonderful as always, and I think he captured the main reasons why Future was chosen to be honored with a statue.
The term "superstar" actually has special meaning, but I'll tell you about that later.

The Story Behind "Superstar":
So back in the days when Lardlad and I were conspiring to make folks think that we were the same person, Lardy forwarded me part of an e-mail from Lash where he'd sussed out my identity. One of the lines in it said something like: "EDE just kind of showed up and became a superstar". I thought it was so cool to be thought of as a "superstar" by Lash. So when Cobie and I were thinking of epithets for the statue, it just seemed obvious to kind of pass the title on to Future, so to speak.
