OK guys and gals,
Everybody knows we're all friends here. but are you sure? a good way for testing our friendship is to post the worst of us! I'll begin:
- Like every french, I whine a lot - My ego can be very big sometimes(but I'm working on it) - I like Charlie's Angels I and II - I really have to take my fingers out of my nose(not good for the image of the french lover)
That's it for now. Hope we're still friend.
Your turn.

If you must Abin, here's your My crimes would fill a novel by themselves but here are the most obvious ones : I am hell for about 4 days a month, always have been andeven after my body stops producing the little beggars thatare responsible I intent to keep being a bitch - I enjoy the option of being "allowed" to be mean. I can sometimes take that enjoyment too far. I hate aubergines! I'm not gay but have two gay lodgers, both of whom do not fulfil their stereotypal fulfillments of keeping the house clean and ensuring there's always a fresh quiche in the fridge. I lie about my age saying I'm a lot younger than I am. As my mother ran a beauty salon I know how to cheat - and I do! I'm 4 years older than Numf, 8 years older than Sonnie - you research and do the maths yourself. My number one crime though is that quite often I fart in class and blame the kids! Please forgive me. Can I have a too?

Thanks Quis, And Binger, this is why I'm laughing. I actually spelled it right! I usually can't spell my own name without using a spell checker, I can't count the times I've spelled it "Aben" for you B.

I just realized something and want to make a clarification.
My being gay is NOT something I consider to be "the worst in me", but is something some people would think of as a "bad" thing. That is why I included it in my "revelations" about myself

Hmmm... my worst traits...
1) I can be bitchy when I gossip (I suppose catty might be closer), although typically my friends think that's one of my most entertaining traits;
2) I can be horribly insecure at times, but I'm getting better at it (and have always been fairly good at hiding it);
3) I lack self-confidence, yet people still look to me for guidance and leadership (and generally seem happy with the results);
4) I can be very lazy about the things I don't think are important (for instance, I rarely have people in my house, so housework is a low priority). At least I am on the ball about the things that matter;
5) I don't keep in as close contact with friends as much as I should (a lesson that's hitting very close to home this week)
I think those are the worst.
Some people are like slinkys: not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when you knock them down a flight of stairs

Like Cru, I don't keep in as close contact with my friends as I should sometimes I come across, especially on LW, as having a big ego I drink way too much and tend not to take things seriously, especially the future And I don't ever check spelling and punctuation when posting online Oh, and I exagerate things to hide any insecurity...although I'm devilishly handsome and very dashing

My worst trait? Why, I just don't appreciate how wonderful I am. Apart from that: I hate telephones and won't even answer them, get up at 4 a.m., sleep through most movies, I'm paranoid about food poisoning and ***shudder*** I'm told I snore. ( I don't believe it.) P.S. I have been informed, by a certain resident space lawyer, that "I would be perfect, if I weren't so humble". (Or was he talking about himself?) In any event, I hope he has a nice weekend and returns to Legion World where his - and all of our - faults are irrelevant, overlooked, discounted or forgiven. Besides, no one can hear you fart here.

Hmmm...the worst of me....
Okay. I take a lot of time to think about whether i am for or against something, and while i may change my opinion when presented with real facts to contradict what i think, that ain't often.
I am supremely stubborn. Example, i did business with a client every instinct said not too. Now, due to his towering stupidity and inability to understand simple english, i am dealing with a possible lawsuit. Lawyers will call it a nuisance, and insurance will pay it off just to be shut of it. And when that happens, i will most likely punch the stupid SOB in the mouth. I am right and know it, but will have to put up with greed, ineptitude, laziness, and lack of honor on the parts of insurance companies. And i will handle it will ill grace.
And by God, i am the damn Resident Cranky Poster, and i have let my duties lapse lately. I too can be guilty of having so much shit happen in life that i don't act as good to friends as i should.
And i can be too damn humble. Sometimes, but not all the time, it is right to be arrogant about something. I usually am not, despite what i may seem like with my postings here.
*sigh* some days. Thanks for listening. Hope we are still friends. Even you, Frog. Even though i did come down pretty hard on your government on the Saddam thread. But don't worry, i don't always agree with mine either. This week is a good example.
Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops!
Something pithy!

okay here are mine .... [ in no particular order ] * i'm very anal about things being tidy !!! although i don't really make it known to other people !!! eg: if i'm off a day from work, and it's really messy, i won't say anything, i'll just go round and tidy it, how i like it to be kept, but in my head i'm going a little !!! * i'm told i can be very insular !!! [ not new ideas ] but just in myself ... * i don't reveal information readily, i usually have to be provoked to talk about something * i refuse to grow up [ i'm 32 this year !!! ] i still react to everything like i'm 18 !!! * i get more excited over buying my weekly comics, than anything else in my life !!! okay !!! that's it for now .... where's my then ??? Matthew.

i've thought of another one ...
* i tend to sit on the fence too much about certain opinions, and don't really commit to anything !!!
* if someone says something about a subject, i'm told i always say, the opposite !!!
Matthew.

Add me to the list of those with hiden insecurities, something which most of my friends over here don't know. I also forget to keep in touch with my pals, something which I hope to correct when we're not so busy during the summer.
Others: - way too talkative sometimes
-I can be VERY vain about my appearance sometimes
-laziness and procrastination, and alas I am not in the minority in this one, not in my school
-carelessness (which requires quite a bit of post editting...) -indecisiveness. The biggest problem with that right now is that there are these two girls whom I both like a lot...
-don't get enough exercise -I don't take failure very well, but I AM learning to deal with it

I'm a pompous ass, at least too much of the time. (But you all knew that.)
I actually have raved about Demi Moore's performance in the latest film of "The Scarlet Letter."
I recently, and inadvertently, shoplifted two burritos from the Service Deli counter at a Ralphs supermarket. (By eating them before I left the store and then forgetting to pay for them.)
Eh ... that's about it. At least all that's interesting at the moment {g}

My worst flaw:
That I am not exceedingly wealthy.
Once that one's taken care of, all the others don't matter.

The worst in me? Where do I start? I'm lazy on the weekends when I really should be finishing up stuff around the new house. I'm bad with money, barely keep enough around to keep us afloat. I don't read half the comic books I buy. I don't exercise when I really should be. And I can be a poor loser.
