In the ramtops near Lancre, there is a cave. And overhanging that cave is a huge cliff face and due to the speed at which light travels on discworld this is the one true place on Discworld where the sun dont shine. Due to the magic nature of the discworld various artifacts which across the world have been put "where the sun dont shine" will turn up here sooner or later.
Failing that though Cleveland comes a close second

Being a solitary practitioner, I will not ask to join your Coven. And working skyclad as I often do, I could only join a blind coven anyway.
