First off -I suck and I so apologize for being out of touch. Some of you may remember that I was staying with a co-worker and his partner before I moved into an apartment. Well, I ended up staying with them and paying them rent -the down-side being no internet -the upside is that I'm living with some great friends (one of which is a helluva cook). Plus I have a WONDERFUL PERFECT GORGEOUS boyfriend. The only thing I'm missing out on is keeping in touch with my Legion chums.

Then, I hear that an old friend is trying to get ahold of me. So I talk to Gerald (a heckuva sweetheart and CUTIE) and he tells me that my Legion pals talk very highly of me and miss me ever so much. Gerald was dating my ex for a while a couple of years ago. He and I both loved comics (especially Legion) and had a lot in common and we started to hit it off but the ex didn't like that so we lost touch. He's the one who originally told me about the DC Legion forum. It took me a while to get around to finding you guys but I'm so glad I did.

So I'm back in Dallas for Christmas. Gerald and I are meeting for lunch tomorrow and I just had to pop in and tell you guys how much I miss you and wish you all Happy Holidays.

Now I'm gonna go read some posts.

I have friends there I am staying with.

Cramer -my lovely lady -you (my Legion family) rate second to none. You are without a doubt some of the funniest, most lovable people that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

If/when Allen and I take the next step and get and apartment (or house) then I'll be signing up for internet and be a regular face around here again. I really do think about you guys very often -and it always brings a smile to my face and then I feel homesick.

Nice to meet a senior member of the LW family. I've heard a lot of good things about you. Hope to "see" more of you soon!

Hey Ultra-Matt.

I had a blast with Gerald. LotR: Return of the King is AMAZING. I predict I'll see it the theatre at least 2 more times. I laughed (mostly at Gimli), I cried (mostly tears of joy) and it became a part of me.

Then Gerald convinced sweet, little, innocent me to go out clubbing and we had a BLAST. We were hoping to bump into our ex so we could pretend that we were a couple -but no such luck. He really is the sweetest guy. Lash, you need to hook up with this one. I told him about March and he'll be back in west Texas by then but when we set a date he will move hell or high-water to get here for the weekend.

I've been running around like crazy today but I'm flying back to Phoenix tommorrow morning so I wanted to say that I'll miss you guys and will get in and say hi whenever I get a chance. I don't miss internet so much because its so addictive but I do miss you guys and gals terribly.

Oh yeah! Sure that's what happened! Don't any of you believe it. It was all his idea.

But we did have a lot of fun -which will triplicate when Lash comes to Dallas.
