She could be one of Lex Luthor's superheroes from 52, and she got into the 31st century with Supergirl (a really really stray, fractured zeta beam?). Instead of a one-time power, Lex turns her power off from the 21st century, using the special future-broadcast radio he once used to contact the LSV. Bye bye X-Betty!
