As you all know, Legion World was recently the victim of a mass hallucination which led us to believe that our leader, STU, was in fact an evil tyrant.

The enemy responsible for this is apparently still at large, and, given that he or she seems to have powers to effect the mind, I wanted to remind everyone of the tried and true method of resisting brainwashing: remember all the good and noble deeds your fellow LMBers have done!

So I'm starting this thread to start a list of major noble deeds and sacrifices of LMBers to use in case this vile villain tries taking over one of your minds.

Puppies and ice cream!

I once saved a box up puppies from an ice cream truck, and then I gave them ice creme.

Does that count?

Remember all the sacrifices that were made in trying to save the Legionnaires board on the DCMBs from extinction?

I believe both Foxy Roxy and Homecoming Queen sacrificed themselves (in vain) to avert the coming of the new, singular Legion board. (Amber was re-introduced in the new continuity, but I'm not sure about Roxy.)

I just remember the haunting image of that one solitary pom-pom floating in space...

I'll never forget the time Pol Krinn and Gary Coleman sacrificed themselves in the magic keyhole to obtain the Cher Berr Gelato to distract the Legion of Overused Drag Queen Names in order to... uh, there was some important reason for that, right?

I think about the few new Legionaires who only now joined LMB and do not yet realize the chaos,upheaval and yes, granduer which await them. Their sacrifice of the sanity and serenity of their departed civilian lives is so fresh that they have not yet awakened to see the nightmare which lurks all about and schemes to devour them.

These rookies are the real heroes now, the most courageous moment for all Legionaires.

Foxy Roxy did indeed make the ultimate sacrifice and has remained deceased!

I remember Foodmaker Kid, the first LMBer to die in battle, when none of you young whipper snappers were around, except Lash, Cru and Beagz and me! Poor Foodmaker had to adjust to coming back in Donna Troy's body with the power of the Spectre, but has now been able to get through it and start a new life as Josephine! What a heroic LMBer!

And who could ever forget my dear departed wife Space Tart, who made the ultimate sacrifice and saved the entire LMB so it could move to Legion World? I miss you so much Spacey...you made the greatest sacrifice!

And don't forget about the time that Kid Therod had to run into the Emerald Ass of Ekron to destroy it! What a major sacrifice to sustain such a terrible plight!

I remember Space Tart's sacrifice very well! I was there! I've been meaning to write up the story of the Great Rift Crisis and how she sacrificed herself to help us get home. Maybe someday soon...

I've been waiting for it EDE ! I hope to read how the LMBP made it's way to Legion World!

There are plenty of other heroic moments to think of! Just think about Lardy throwing himself into harms way everytime Hummer Lass attacked when she was still a villian!
