Still no change with Vee. He seems so out of it, but is still apparently being kept alived by the Emerald Eye. I hope he's healing.

Thank you Everyday Girl. The Security forces are out to get me now. But this place...the home of the Supreme Ruler of the Universe...this should be more than enough to keep us hidden--and combat any foe who would seek otherwise.

Now if only we could have some answers...

Fresh Baked Cupcakes... and I didn't make them... they were sitting on the table in Mearl's sitting room where she always spoke with her guests when I came back thru after checking the pantry... But they weren't like there when I went into the pantry...

The wedding of Caliente and Actor Lad would make sense...but it only confirms my fears that the dream was some type of prophecy. That's never happened to me before, but well, ever since I've come to Legion World lots of things have happened to me that have before. I'm sure we can all relate to that.

Interesting about the muffins. Unlike some, I *am* a subscriber that Mearl Dox is Supreme Ruler of the Universe. I can't help but feel she's watching over us right now...but I'm not sure if she'd extend her outright protection for an extended period of time to any sentient.

But it still doesn't solve our problem of what to do with Vee, and the minute we leave, we'll be hounded again.

Ohmygod! We have like a couple of things in our favor, Mr Inquisitor, first is like nobody in their right mind is gonna like attack us here. So Mr. Vee's body will be safe here no matter what we do.

I'm pretty sure there's a few like people I could contact who'll be like more reasonable than Mr. LardLad. Gramps and Mr. matlock both like listen first and they're the guys in charge of the Security Office, even if Mr. Cobalt and Mr. LardLad are the ones everybody like sees...

But I won't do anything unless you decide that you like want me to...

Yes, you're probably right. Its Lard Lad who was so rash, though others will probably follow suit. They say Shark Lad is the quickest to anger of them all.

But I think your gramps might be like Cobalt and Space Ranger before he died...never able to forget what I did in my dark days. And Matlock was the one who finally brought me in...I'm not sure if I could face him. But perhaps, they would give me a second chance? Hard to say. I feel as if we need a third party, someone on the back-channels of Legion World.

Horrifying...this is no dream but a nightmare...but it must be mine...I cannot permit Everyday Girl to experience such horror...

Covered in sweat again...I must cover my face, less the horror of it scare this young warrior by my side.

I don't know how much longer we can stay here. Varalent makes no movement and remains comatose. And the Eye...I can't help that its talking to me...sending me these visions...

{Hyvvie's Nose of Wonder leads him and Rocky to the Cottage, stopping just outside}

RhL: That's very odd, Hyvvie. Let's see if there's anybody home. {Knocks at door. There is no answer. After several tries, Rocky turns to the Wonder Beagle). Well, Hyv, this is no time for subtlety. {Rockhopper Lad uses his super-breath to blow the door in}. *chuckles* I haven't done that in a while. Come on, Hyvvie! Let's see what we can find!

Ohmygod! Mr Rockyhopper! I's like a good thing I'm not the "Shoot first, ask questions later" type....

Hi Hywie, you little cutie you... c'mere 'n let me pet you... What!?!?

<Stares at both Rockhopper Lad and Hywie the Wonder Beagle who are motionless, and encased in what appears to be a Coluan force-field.>

It appears the house itself is attempting to destroy the noble Rockhopper Lad.

Of course we mean no harm. Roy, Quis thinks very highly of you and he is one of the most rational minds on Legion World. If he says you're okay, then I trust his judgement. We just came here to see if Everyday Girl was all right. We didn't even know you were here. Hyvvie's Nose of Wonder couldn't penetrate the house. He just trailed Britney to the outside of it.

{They are released}.

As for the door {he turns to see it is now repaired), I huffed and puffed and blew it down totally out of concern for Britney. Remember, I'm chair of the Legion of Former Deputies, which is allied with but not part of the Security Office.

So, can you tell us what's going on here?

Varalent has been attacked, and he lies there now, comatose. I have been blamed for this attack because I was close by and many citizens of Legion World have never forgiven me for my crmies...not that I blame them.

<looks away briefly. Looks back>

But the Eye has spoken into my mind. Its telling me the attacker is still on the loose, and he's hunting Varalent. The Eye has asked me to exit the city streets of Legion World to a remote place, and Everyday Girl has been kind enough to help me. Though Vee is comatose, he has no wounds that can be seen by the naked eye and I am unsure hat to do. I only know that there is danger in Legion World's capital city and to bring him back there is to risk his life.

Something else else awful is on Legion World...something is happening...and the Eye fears it.

{Rockhopper Lad goes over to Vee and puts a hand to his face.}

Poor Vee. I wish I could do something, but something tells me ice wouldn't wake him at this point.

{Turns to Roy}

Roy, I believe you that you had nothing to do with this. You've repaid society for what you've done in the past. What can I do to help?

Mr. Rockyhopper, Mr Inquisitor, the cottage like responded to both of you. That's like wonderful and stuff because it means that Mearl approves of what you guys are doing.

It also like means that you guys can leave Mr Vee in one of the bedrooms here (I suggest like using the guest bedroom and not Mearl's Master [or should that be Mistress?] Bedroom Suite) and the cottage will like look after him.

Oh and I just got word from the Security Office that My Wee Fem and Dr One's Hot Nurse are on their way here right now. I'm like sure they'll watch over Mr Vee if you guys like need to go like searching for answers and junk.

I gotta go and meet Gramps and Mr Cobalt cuz I'm finally gonna get a chance to kick that stinky old freak Slim's butt, and thats like needed doing for a long time.
