I couldn't vote for Night Girl so Tyroc got it.

What I really want is an 'anyone but Earth-Man' vote.

I wouldn't worry too much about Earth-Man, Silver Age Lad. The exit poll over at Legion Omnicom has him at 7 votes (1.9%). Earth-Man might have a lot of space on covers, but he really isn't written as a likeable character and (IMHO) can't generate popular appeal.

i think Gates would make a good leader for his other team, i wouldn't think as much for this one since he really doesn't know a) any one on the team every well b) is from another universe

he made be good for the Next time but i dont think this go would be good

I thought I would vote for Tyroc but decided to go for Ayla instead. I've liked how Paul has written her so far, and she would only be the fourth female Legion leader in its history. She's due.

Not counting Kid Quantum and Supergirl.

I COMPLETELY forgot about Kid Quantum and her being leader. Man, these almost 50 year old brain cells are like lemmings into the sea, I tell ya. Maybe it's the margaritas.

Vi, huh? Was she leader during the Reboot at some point? Or was this during 5YL?

Egad, I'd forgotten about Vi's stints as leader too. I think I've dismissed the reboots now that the original timeline is back. I still don't remember her being leader in 5YL.

I had forgotten about Vi in 5YL, too. I don't count Vi in the Reboot any more than I do Command Kid. Neither were valid or should be acknowledged.

In an odd twist of fate, Pickles was swayed by Jim's argument for Ayla when he voted from our home laptop this morning!

Naturally, I must now convince my wife to vote for Tinya while I also try to figure out what other computer I can use (someon else's at work? Yay no firewall!).

Ha! No wonder some of them look puzzled! What they don't realize is that I changed their minds with my power of super thought-casting! I forced everyone to vote for Ayla!

Since XS wasn't available I voted for Nura.

I was surprised, but I voted for Gim. Having been a fan for 35+years, and thinking who I'd like to see in the leadership role, and he seemed to pop up in head. I'd like to see how they could develop his character and what he would do.

Put it this way. DC is being nice enough to give fans a voice in upcoming storylines. The fans have decided to abuse this privilege, and I'm calling them on it.
