I had kind of assumed the original Legion of Super Villians were kind of unofficially from Earth 3. At one time I began to try to construct a timeline for this Legion similar to the one from the 2995 handbook. It would have started off with "in 2973 Cosmic King, Saturn Queen, and Lightning Lord overthrow the White Martian who had rule the last 1000 years and take over the galaxy." I was mostly going to populate this Legion with already established villians or people who could be villians. "In an adventure to the past, the Legion inducts Dev-Em." You know, that sort of thing.

Well, a while back I came up with this idea for a fanfic that had the Antimatter Legion travelling to the regular universe to destroy the LoSH and prove that THEY and not the Crime Syndicate were the greatest supervillian team. It was for the cartoon, mind you.
