Hi.
I was checking my list for my game and I found some conflicting information. I have placed Spider Gilr/Wave (Sussa Paka) as a member of the "Legion of Substitute Heroes", but I also find her listed as a member of the "Super Villans".
Did she start as a Villan and end up as a Hero? Anyone that can help me out?
.:. O .:.

As with everything LSH-related, it depends on the continuity.
Spider Girl was a rejected applicant for the LSH who ended up (along with fellow rejected applicants Ron-Karr and Radiation Roy) as part of Tarik the Mute's School for Super-Villains, which became the LSV. She served in the LSV throughout the pre-Crisis era.
In the 5YL Legion she showed up as a professional thief who ended up joining the "Legion on the Run" LSH, in part because of a crush on Ultra Boy/Green Dragon.
In the reboot Legion she was a member of Leland McCauley's Workforce (and also Ultra Boy's girlfriend when he first appeared).
In the cartoon, she was a core member of the Light Speed Vanguard which became the Legion of Super-Villains.
In the retroboot Legion, she showed up as part of Earth Man's evil Justice League of Earth.
So, take your pick.

I like to think of her as one of those people who isn't malicious or crazy or anything, but always ends up making the wrong choice, or hanging out with the wrong sorts of people, and just sort of ended up on the wrong side of the law. Then again, LSV membership aside, I think her most questionable choice has heen hooking up with Earth-Man, and even Shady's gone there.

(Blonde would make her a Lady Godiva knock-off and green would annoy the ghost-of-Sarya, so black it is!)

How exactly does the color change work with her hair? Does she have to extend it to full length to do a dye job? Is there some kind of amazing 31st century technology that allows here to color down inside the roots?
Dang, I'm going to have to give this one some thought. Any theories?
Beauty's where you find it. Not just where you bump and grind it.

How dyes are affected by its full length is similar to the question of how its natural color is affected by its full length. Just like dyes, natural color is still a substance in the hair. If she can stretch it without its natural color fading, she should be able to stretch it without dyed color fading either.
If you're suggesting that stretching it leaves it at its natural color because she's somehow growing or extending more hair rather than actually stretching it, I doubt that. For one thing, she'd quickly use up all of her body mass doing that.

So, take your pick. Thank you. I was afraid of that - the time-line is very difficult to manage, special in my "project". I just have to take one "time-line" and stick to it...
