I've never really thought a beehive would suit me. I'd certainly consider bell-bottoms, however!

Pam, you'd look great in bell-bottoms!
Perhaps lack of this retro combination is what kept Lydda out of the postboot Legion.

Beehives yes! Bellbottoms no! I'm all for gratuitous miniskirts however! And Ruritanian quasi-military high collars! and headbands! I'd like to see a Legion with at least 80% of the female membership with beehives. (it's at least as credible as 80% with bare midriffs) It would be more indie rock than anything else, ever and would lead the Legion back to greatness! Or it would if everyone was like me anyway

"Beehives and Bellbottoms" should be the theme song for a Legion cartoon... performed a la 60s/70s bubble-gum pop.
Spider Girl should wear a beehive... which is whirled and whipped into flowing tresses when she 'activates' her hair-power, then wraps instantly back into the 'hive when she's done.
She'd call it a 'spider-hive', though.
I think one of the boys should wear less bellbottomy flares, too.

ALL the girls should have bell bottoms! All of 'em. Only the chic-est guys could get away with bell bottoms. Only one Legionnaire should have a beehive. Only one.

bell bottoms= Calorie Queen suited them though. Pulsar Stargrave didn't. What was he thinking?? Back in the silver age Ayla had a sort of baby beehive (piled high) only her hair was short so it wasn't quite as dramatic as Lydda's. I just love beehives 'cos I'm a b52s fan. Still the fact that Night Girl was the only one with that style really made her stand out! I was so disappointed when they dropped it...*sighs wistfully*

How about mid-driffs and mullets or hat-hair and hotpants?

I have to say I'm pretty strongly in favor of both mullets and hotpants, especially on Brainy.

I'm strongly in favor of no mullets, but I'll let the hotpants pass.
