Here's the link to Perez's cover for Infinite Crisis #2. Sorry, Lee fans, but this blows Lee's cover out of the water! And the reason I put this on the Legion board and not the Dr. Gym'll board? Not one, but TWO Legion cameos are on the cover!!! All the more reason to get this one instead of Lee's!! I'll let you guys find the two Legion pictures. And BTW - spoilers if you hit the link of course! Newsrama article with Infinite Crisis #2 cover - Perez version

Geek questions... haha! Didn't recognize him at first but is that the Silver Ghost or some such? To the left of Wonder Woman killing Max? What's he got to do with anything?

What's he got to do with anything? Gentleman Ghost. Longtime Hawkman (and sometimes Batman) baddie. I assume he plays Hawkman's nemesis in the drama. Looks like Wildfire's fist with energy bursting forth from it.

Cool cover. Better than the Lee I admit. Scary as well. I have no idea where DC is going with this. Nice to see Wildfire and the Legion HQ!!!

Although, I meant the small slide to the left of the Powergirl/Wildfire pic and beneath the Monitor/Lyla one? Waitaminit! That's Deathstroke!

Sorry for the excitment. Spontaneous recall took me off-guard. Ok so that seems to be everything accounted for exceeeept... the image on the far top left corner between the Omac sign and Monitor world Anyone? Also for confirmation please. The 3 Krypton images? The one on the right is Byrne's version, the left is Golden Age, and the center is actually Alexander Luthor from former Earth-3...? Thanks!

The figure kinda looks to me like the Atom when he was in his "barbarian" garb, but I dunno... It's interesting that they included all the events in the big DC trend of replacing the big guns -- from Flash's death, to the death of Superman, breaking Batman, Wonder Woman being replaced and Green Lantern's transformation to Parallax. Are those events tied together? A signpost where this universe went wrong? Awesome stuff -- Perez's cover to #2 has trumped Lee's tenfold, imo! Oh yeah -- and WILDFIRE!!!

Yup top right! Mr. Perez has me looking upside down and right side up! Thanx Drake! Atom is cool... Kudos to Glen for the correction! With all the "Silver Age Gen 1" features, doesn't it feel like they're kind of putting our beloved Gen2-ers (Aside from Nightwing and Donna that is --- maybe Wally, Roy, Garth, Matrix/Supergirl, Superboy, etc. ) in their place? Hope we get a real feel of moving the legacy forward in this series. Well, we'll see, won't we? At least, the LSH knows how to pass the torch... uh, but WILDFIRE yeeeeaaah! (Olivier Coipel's Drake was the BOSS for me IMHO)

I think Lee's cover is a better showcase for Power Girl, but I'll likely get the Perez cover.
It will be interesting to see the results of the LEE vs. PEREZ battle for IC # 2 over in DR. GYM'LL (plug!).

To me, the Lee cover looks kinda like a "Power Girl: The Series" cover (or as someone put it on another thread, "a pin-up pic"). Perez's cover looks more like a Crisis cover. I like both, though.
Some people are like slinkys: not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when you knock them down a flight of stairs
