She's not new, but I would love to see Danielle Foccart return.
And wouldn't it make sense for the Legion to have some type of admin. assistant? Maybe an Academy graduate? Or maybe Foccart? Her ability to interact with computer systems might be very helpful in an administrative sense.

I liked Morissey from the Shooter 2 issues. It made sense to me that the Legion would have a larger support staff so the Legionnaires would be freed up to do more super-heroing. Also, maybe Visi-Lad as an honorary member to monitor the Mission Boards. And how about a full-time mechanic to maintain the cruisers (Gear, perhaps?).
A new, alien-looking Legion/SP Liaison would be nice too.

A new, alien-looking Legion/SP Liaison would be nice too. Hear, hear! And Legion Liaison might make a perfect assignment for the graduating Lamprey. Chef's have become popular lately, Calorie Queen would be interesting with Cannus as Sou-Chef. It might be funny to see him being warned not to drool in the entries. And CQ has the power back-up her words, even while Cannus fires back about her leaving some food for the clients!
