I've seen all of them so far. I'd have to say that my favorite is Sun-down part 1 for a number of reason. Although we've had appearances of "other" Legionnaires in various episodes, this is really the episode where the team is really a "Legion" with so many members taking part in the action.
To me the series has gotten better and better with each episode. Can't wait to see the season finale this coming Saturday.

I've seen all of them except Sundown part 2.
My favorite, the Subs! I just couldn't stop smiling in that episode.
I have a bunch of other favorites, and Sundown part 1 is one of those because the threat is really epic, the Legion was really huge, and they still failed, making the Sun eater even more dangerous. I can't wait till next week to find out how they manage to stop it.

I think 'Chain of Command' and 'Subs' are probably my favourite 2 episodes. Closely followed by 'Sundown'.

I really want to watch sundown part 2!
im dying here, and they've stopped playing it on our sky box (english TV) its so annoying!

Sundown Part One was cool in that it reminded me of the original Legion comics, where there would be a number of issues that involved small sub-teams on missions, and then they would have their Big Arc, which featured the entire Legion (and often their allies) united against a big threat, like EarthWar, the Great Darkness Saga, stuff like that.
I would like to see something along those lines for next season, maybe with broadening the focus a bit to give more Legionnaires some air time in the smaller arcs, with a big team blow out for the season finale.
Some people are like slinkys: not really good for anything, but they bring a smile to your face when you knock them down a flight of stairs

I also hope more episodes show up where all the Legionnairs fight side by side, it really builds up the excitment.
