OO, if you could scan the whole thing for me I'd appreciate it. I'd like to add the Outposts to my Legion scan collection.

I've gotten a couple from Kevin. If #10 is pre-2003 then I'd like a copy of it too please.

I think what I have is the 30 year Outpost Tribute the Kevin helped put together.

There was also Legion Outpost II, which was all online. It's still up though it seems to be dead in the water since 98.

I have #1 - 10. I was planning on scanning them all in and zipping them up for members that wanted them eventually.

The OUTPOST was a fanzine that was pretty big in the 70s.
I can remember buying the final issue (10) off the rack at my CBS, loved it and love it to this day. That HAD to be VERY early 1980s. I was a wee kid, but you really got the sense of a BIG fanbase for the Legion. No other comic had anything like this that I knew of. Lots of fun articles, fan artwork, interviews and stuff-- kinda like our own BITS forum, sorta.
That was the only issue of LEGION OUTPOST I had for YEARS until the lovely li'l rhino sent me a copy of # 6 (I beleieve, I'm not at home to check) with a STUNNING Dave Cockrum cover on it! A lovely birthday present.
I STILL owe him a tongue-kiss for that!

I've never seen or heard of this, so if anyone can post covers or content here, that would be great.

Got the LO#2 today. Many pages are Nth gen copiues, kinda blurry, rahter than scanning I think I might just transcribe & post. Maybe just scan the drawings.
LL& NG, What forum do you think would be the best for this historical fan stuff? Poss the Bits forum, or the EG?
