I pick Tales 316 because it features a rare Stone Boy cover appearance!!

I like covers that split up into different sections but for some reason I'm not really into any of these. I guess that makes this choice tougher than others because I don't have any strong feelings of like or dislike for any of them.

I think I'll go for #52 because Mon-el looks kinda hot on it (and no, I'm not talking about his first-degree burns).

Not a fan of any of them, but I'll pick Tales (316), 'cause it's got Laurel Kent, in that rockin' space-poncho, on it.

Plus Lydda, although the lack of bouffant is a major bummer.

I don't like any of these myself, but for the sake of vote I'll say Baxter.

Tales (not only the best cover, but also the only one I've read out of the three).

I almost voted for that one for that reason too, Rhino, but the "villain" looks like he came out of a McDonald's happy meal, plus it's got that twit, Comet Queen, so I abstained.

Not really a fan of any of those TBH but I'll say #52 due to those dinosaur-ish things on it.

I believe those are Braalian metal-monsters!

Tales 316. Like the cover, like the story.

5YL # 13. The black border creates a nice contrast to the colors in the panels, making them stand out. Also, I like it that only one of the panels (the Persuader one) has obvious action. The subdued nature of the other panels invite the reader in, to carefully pay attention to what is going on, rather than throwing multiple action scenes at you, as # 316 does. The images on # 52 are too fragmented for my tastes.

I actually didn't recognize him on that cover 'til you guys pointed it out! Without being in stony form he looks more like Reflecto or Lone Wolf-era Brin!

I'm not sure, but if it isn't, it's close.

And it wasn't a shotgun wedding.
Shady and Mon talked about getting married, specifically in the panels when they stayed behind for Mission Monitor Board duty during Garth's and Imra's wedding.
They both said that they'd get married someday.

It's one of the reasons the new developments are so annoying and unbelieveable to me, now.

That would be Chuck and Luornu's wedding that they stayed behind on.


Yeah, the new Shady developments suck pretty hard imo. I want to know exactly why she left Mon-El and she better have a damn good reason. What that reason could be I can't imagine though.
