I ran across a couple links on another board that I peruse that I thought some people here might find as amusing as I did... One is a geekness calculator. Answer the questions, click a button, and the calculator spits out the percent of geekness that you currently enjoy. Geek Calculator The other one is an Admiral Ackbar photoshop contest, and this one still has me grinning 10 minutes after leaving it. Adm Ackbar like you\'ve never seen him Don't really know what to say about this one, just one classic ebay auction. ebay: thy name is bitter

Me too, but I upped the ante by pointing out that my geekness percent was equivalent to PI multiplied by 3.01439462216.
What's funny is my co-worker here just emailed me the ebay address. That thing is growing in popularity. The price went from $500 dollars yesterday upto $15,000 and the high bidder has a good feedback rating. Incredible. The hits have gone from 450,000 to 3,940,000ish overnight.
My favorite though is The Ackbar Trap... funny stuff.

"Total geek," at around 25% (I think liking show tunes helped keep it down). I'm on the low end of the spectrum, though, because I didn't remember the other five significant digits of my score. On the other hand, I know what "significant digits" means, as well as E=mc^^2, so I'm hopeless anyway

Looks like the dress went for $3,850... I think a few bids were cancelled near the end. But the auction itself ended up with 6.7 million hits. That's alot of hits considering there ain't any porn on the page.

I suspect that someone, somewhere, is spanking the monkey to a printout of that page right now...
