Did anyone watch the bonus disc? Just got it this afternoon, and watched the stuff on Episode III. Holy crap, I'm can't wait now! Return of Dart Vader though? Don't get the title...
I just can't BLOK it out!

I probably won't be picking this up til Friday, aka Payday. The more I think about it though, I'm a little bummed that there's only the one disk of bonus material (commentary tracks excluded.) I'd have loved to seen something more akin to the bonus materials on the Lord of The Rings Extended Editions. Now that's some kind of supplements.

I don't think anyone can beat Jackson's extras. Lucas could but I don't think he cares enough.
I ordered the trilogy from Amazon and got a copy of the updated TXH-1138 along with it since they offered a combo deal. About $55 and free shipping. Should keep me busy next weekend.

Let us know if there's anything worth making the effort to get the new THX-1138. It's not exactly ground breaking sci-fi. I mean, it's decent enough but I was never moved enough by it to buy it before this.

I will. I haven't seen it in years and saw some of the screen caps of the update. Looked good.

Thank God they got rid of Luke's screaming like a wuss when he dropped off the Cloud City platform after Vader told him he was his pops.

Mine was waiting for me at home yesterday after work. So I'll be trying to watch either the trilogy or at least THX-1138 this weekend. Depends on if I can wrestle the TV from Mom's NASCAR racing for long enough. If not, I'll have to resort to watching it on my laptop.

Who's your Mom rooting for Scott? This stupid new points system isn't doing it for me.
Ummm, anyway I also got it Saturday. I haven't really been able to watch the movies yet, but I've gone through most of the special features and they're pretty good with the glaring omission of the deleted scenes everyone knows are out there. There's just enough still photos to tease me with it, but no Biggs on Tatooine or anything. Bah.

What's this I hear about an added-in appearance by the young Anakin in the original movie(s)?

Mom like Jeff Gordon. Big fan of his. We bought her an expensive Boyd's Bear dressed like Gordon on our trip to San Diego.
And Stu, they have replaced the ghost of Anakin at the end of Jedi with the kid playing him now. Can't think of his name offhand. So the complaint is go to the dark side and be young forever. Live the good life and be old for all eternity.

I think everyone's been trying to suppress all memory of the lil' tow-headed moppet... (He's like the Lori Morning of the SW universe...)

Christopher Hayden? The one who played him in Clones and the next installment? That's who replaced Sebastian Shaw (?) in the original scene.
