As a lawyer, and in particular, a California state bar certified family law specialist, I view this somewhat differently. I took a look at the web-site and my suspicions were quickly aroused. This woman abducted her children and she was caught. As a result the children were taken away from her. Too often in family law cases, one parent makes false allegations of sexual abuse against the other parent. I don't know if in this case those allegations are true, but I'm willing to bet they are not. Courts take such allegations seriously and do an investigation, despite what this woman claims. There is another side to this story, so don't be so quick to damn the father who may well be totally innocent of these charges.
The other thing about the web-site that made me think it belonged to a fringe group was it's stance on parental alienation syndrome. That's where the actions of one parent cause the children to become alienated from the other parent. This is a serious psychological condition that we deal with too frequently in family law. I have worked with some of the state's top psychological experts in this area in a couple of my cases. This web-site says that parental alienation does not exist. That makes me wonder what this site is all about. It appears to me that this woman has probably done a real number on her kids. First abducting them and then filling their heads with all sorts of misinformation about their father.
Note that the court has taken the children away from the mother. There must be some pretty convincing and serious evidence for them to have done that.
I don't know what the real facts are, but based on this website, I doubt the facts are as reported here.
