According to the Legion Constitution* , there is supposed to be a Deputy Leader. Has Jazmin gone power-mad or have they all just been too busy to vote for someone?
Any preferences? I think this could be Chameleon's opportunity to test the leadership waters.
Perhaps the deputy position has been written out by DnA? It was used in past stories, when the leader was away on a mission, the deputy took over - and, IIRC, bitched about the job and wished the leader would get back.
*(post-boot, which may be referenced at our Enclyopaedia Galactica - but change Show Topics From "past 30 days" to "past 60 days")

Andy L said a while back @ the old DCMB that they consider Lu (Triad) the deputy leader "and we'll need to get round to making that official".
Still waiting Andy... :triad:

They do really need to make it official. Just so Lu can step in and take over from Kid Q as soon as possible.

Re-instituting Reader elections would seem to solve the problem

I thought Kid Q was cute with that curly mop, but the short cut put her into Supermodel territory!

I liked her brother James in the reboot with the dreadlocks. Cool look. Can't do that with Jaz though, it would make her look too much like Whoopi. I don't know if I'd like Triad as deputy, she functions so much better as a deal maker without having to worry so much about being a team leader at the same time..but..Dang!..that girl was good, she might have been able to handle it.
I always felt like Ultra Boy was her backup through most of the Legion Lost story and I wouldn't have minded seeing him stuck with the deputy job again(!) -heh-"again"..how many times has Jo been deputy leader anyway?

I think if Jaz has dreads, she'd look like Lauryn Hill. Cute!
