Since we have one for dieting, I thought it would be cool to have one for those who want to share their successes / challenges / support exercising at the gym!
I know I need all the support I can get as I start exercising seriously with renewed resolve!
So, tomorrow: the plan is, during my lunch break, 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine.
Then, when I get off work, it's to the weight room for squats, leg extensions, leg curls, and calf raises.
I'll check back with my results tomorrow night!!!
White. A blank page or canvas. His favorite. So... many... possibilities.

Great thread! I go to the gym 5 times a week, but also have weights at home that I use. I think its so important to work out, break a sweat and get physically active as much as possible.
This is what I did last year to lose some serious fat off my body:
(4) Days a week 10 minutes on treadmill 10 minutes on eliptical machine 5 minutes incline on treadmill 5 sets of 10 push-ups 3 sets of ten dips 5 minutes in the sauna
I began to change it for a time to incorporate more weightlifting, and now my workouts looks like this:
Mon: The above workout
Tues Miliary Press Lat machine Tri-cep extensions T-Bar Rows Nose Breakers (for tri-ceps) Shoulder raises 15 set ab workout hitting a bunch of different angles *Basically, on this day I try to hit back, shoulders tri-ceps and then blast my abs
Wed Cardio workout above, but cut the incline and do more dips
Thurs I do a very intense bi-cep workout to make sure they are the most well built part of my body (in regards to weightlifting) and then really work my abs too, as I try to get a washboard stomach.
Friday Cardio workout with some shoulders, tri-ceps and more bi-ceps.
Generally, I try to follow that, but business trips get in the way sometimes. I've also begun playing a little football on Saturday mornings with my friends...nothing too serious (no tackling), but a way to work up a sweat.
So everyone, what other things do you do to workout? I generally am up for most things as long as I don't get bored with them. I can't wait for the summer for hiking weather.

I joined Curves a couple of months ago. I haven't been there since before Christmas, though. It's funny you should bring this up today, I've been telling myself I'm going to get there tomorrow.
