I love that the people here think enough of these folks to tell us of their passing.
I hate to hear that they have passed. The current crop of modern actors just don't seem to have the same...class...that they did.
Mr. Montalban, i hope you have the finest corinthian leather in your journey to your final resting place.
Mr. McGoogan, Prisoner No More.
Rest in Peace, good sirs.
Damn you, you kids! Get off my lawn or I'm callin' tha cops!

Oh man! I hadn't heard about either of these! "The Prisoner" was so friggin' cool! It's a precursor to mind-fuck shows like "Lost" that beg to be seen multiple times and poured over to be decoded. And I loved "Fantasy Island" when I was a kid -- nobody was more suave and mysterious than Mr Rourke!

I wonder if St. Peter needs a vacation every so often--wouldn't it be great to get to Heaven and find Mr. Montalban there to greet you, dressed in that white suit?
May both actors mentioned rest in peace.

'The Prisoner' is my all time favorite TV series. The depth to it is amazing, and you realize something new each time you view it. If you go back to the original Danger Man/Secret Agent Man series, you get even more of a background on the persecuted No. 6 (who is alluded to be Secret Agent Man John Drake). Patrick McGoogan was a genius.
It always burned me that Ricardo Montalban had a better physique in his mid-fifties (Wrath of Khan) that I ever had my entire life.
Eighty years plus is a good run. Au revoir.

I liked his work on Freakazoid. He was only on 4 episodes, but it seemed like he did more.

I don't remember if I ever caught any "Danger Man" references in "The Prisoner", but it's all in the theme song "Secret Agent Man": They've given you a number/ and taken away your name...
