Actress Jane Wyman Dies

Movie and television actress Jane Wyman, former wife of Ronald Reagan, has died at the age of 93.

My best memory of her will be as Angela Channing on Falcon Crest, the deliciously fiesty matriarch of a vineyard family she played for nine years.

She was a class act, and should stand as an inspiration to today's "starlets".

Okay, I have a confession to make. From 1980 until This very minute when I read this post and looked up Jane Wyman, I thought President Reagan had been merried to Jane Wyatt, the marvelous actress who played Margaret Anderson, Katherine Auschlander, and Amanda, the mother of Spock.

Don'r get me wrong, Jane Wyman was a great actress as well, I knew she was in Johnny Belinda and I never watched Falcon Crest, so I thought Wyatt's last name was Wyman.

Maybe I should post this in the "Oh, now I get it thread.
