I reached my target, without too much pain in the end. Then completely went the other way although I don't really recall doing anything that bad. Bah!

This isn't so much a dieting thing, but I seemed to have developed a nasty case of lateral pelvic tilt from sleeping on my side so much. I realized that it's been the cause of a lot of my back pain the last few years so I've started working toward fixing it with some stretching exercises.

Keep up with what I've been watching lately!

Gosh, I never realized that could happen. But I have had some pain recently when sleeping in a curled up position

I did acupressure a couple weeks ago because I pulled a muscle in my back. It. Was. Awesome.

I hit my ideal weight a couple months ago. And I've managed to sustain it.

Small victories. Hoping I can keep it up as I move cross country (anytime I do a transition, I lose my workout routine and eating habits).

Good job, Myg!

I've been going to the gym regularly now, and starting to eat more healthy as well.

I have the sneaky suspicion that there's something in the vended coffee here that doesn't help. It's a small thing but I'll need to check what's in it.

I think it's something in the milk. I'll avoid it going forward.

I like cinnamon and honey in my coffee. Honey is better than sugar, though this very nice guy spoiled it by telling me how much fructose is in honey...

With our vending, we're lucky if there's coffee in our coffee.

We have the same problem. Some people are starting their own businesses to make up for the vending machines.

I worry that Computo will start his robot revolution with disaffected vending machines.

Not paying as much attention to my diet. I have gained a couple of pounds but I've been hitting the gym very hard the last couple of years. So yes...I need to lose weight but I feel healthy. Try to eat clean...and I don't I don't feel guilty over it. Feel better physically and mentally over all.

Great job, Ultra Jorge! I'm the same, I do try to eat healthy, but I don't stress over the occasional piece of cake. Life was meant to be enjoyed, and even unhealthy foods are OK in moderation. Besides, I'm not trying to be an underwear model or a spandex superhero...

And I'm the fittest I've been in the last 5 years.

So...just got back from the doctor. Everything is A-OK *except* my cholesterol and my triglycerides.

Which means I am to put a moratorium on all things deep-fried, fatty, and greasy for the next 3 months.

But only after I pig out on a pizza later today. wink

I had some of the pizza already...it's delicious. I'm trying to make the remainder last as long as possible... CalorieQueen

Reminds me of my friend who was told to cut alcohol out of his diet. So he went on a last binge before trying to do it smile

Glad you had a last pizza, Fanfie! Bon appetit!

Merci, Ibby.

I enjoyed every bite.

Right now, I'm about to have breakfast -- with a *sensible* amount of butter on my toast, for a change.

I think my diet has gotten a bit worse lately, too. I buy burgers and hotdogs and meatballs at the grocery for a quick meal; I do not really have the time nor storage space to buy a lot of meat and cook from scratch.

I do make up for it with carbs, though. Almost no pasta and very little bread, mostly bulgur.

I should probably shift more to veggies in my bulgur than meat, though. I eat mainly mushrooms and bell peppers, occasionally squash and carrots... should do more broccoli and cauliflower too...

Two more days, and I'll have been off fried foods for a full week!

Yay me!

Though I'll admit I almost lost my willpower and went to McDonalds.

Complete avoidance of an aisle or an area keeps me on the right track. Knowing where those crisps aisles are in particular. Out of sight, not out of mind but able to cope. smile

Good for you, Thoth!

The other day, I almost had crisps with my sandwich, but again, I resisted.
