Blame it on hollywood. Men are idiots and the butt of all jokes there. When was the last time you saw a sitcom dad that wasn't a buffoon of some sort?
My wife and i talked about it the other night. The guy is a fat ugly slob or a skinny nerd, and the wife usually looks like she just stepped off a runway somewhere after crushing the competition at a mensa meeting.
Add in the new "metrosexial" terms, and you get the wussification of america. But the worst thing isn't the mesh top. No, its the girl glasses on his head. Cause, there are a few deluded straight guys in this world that didn't pass eighth grade unless they were into sports that think women like a guy in a mesh shirt. And there are a few women bottom feeders that actually do. But the girl glasses clearly indicate that deliveries should be made in the rear.
