And yeah, the reason I like DC more is because the male/female hero ratio just seems more equal to me.

DC *definitely* has more interesting heroines. But they've been around longer to accrue them. *And* DC has Wonder Woman as one of its central 'icons'... so there have to be a few heroines for her to interact with. Marvel doesn't have such a central heroine.

Contrary to earlier posts in this thread, I prefer a lot of the Marvel superheroines. Jan and Wanda and Jean and Susan are as classic as Wonder Woman in their own way, and few powerhouse characters can hold a candle to figures like Moondragon and Sersi.
