I didn't like Scott Pilgrim at all.
And I didn't think much of Persepolis. I refuse to read Black Hole because the 70s sucked.

I've had vivid dreams about Donna Troy.

What about it, DB? Did you dislike it? Like it? Was it a guilty pleasure? There was alot of good cheese- AND beefcake art in that book. Amanda Conner, Ed Benes...*sigh* I was sorry to see it canceled. Gogo Fiasco... *giggle*

I hunted down every back issue of Thriller. And read the whole series, and reread it, and reread it. And I still reread it every now and then. And maybe someday I'll understand it.

I'm not actually all that impressed with George Perez as an artist. He can draw, but I find him a bit samey and lacking in that certain something. Plus he sucks at designing costumes.

I love Perez! But I have to agree on the costume count. Cockrum on the other hand is the best costume designer EVER. I credit his Legion and Uncanny costumes alone to adding many readers. my confessions? I used to um, fantasize, about Dark Phoenix. I say MagNETo not magneeto. I also say Submarener...not Submareener.

I prefer the post-ZH Legion to the Levitz Era one.
And I used to think Light Lass and Lightning Lass were two completely different people (I was eight for grife's sake!)

Even though I they tend on the campy side, I just love the Fantastic Four. Perhaps more than the X-Men these days... I hate Grant Morrison. I know lots of people love what he does but I just loathe all the things I've read by him, with the exception of WE3. I liked House of M... and just about all the tie-ins too. Doesn't mean I liked the status of the MU when it ended but... yeah. I enjoyed the story. I think that's enough for now.

I think that's enough for now. I like the current Fantastic Four by JMS and Mike McKone, so you're not alone on LW there, Cali. And I hate Grant Morrison, too, except for Animal Man (which is probably because he wasn't yet a star while he was writing it, so he couldn't hide mediocre stories behind a mixture of hype and mystique, the way he's been doing for more than a decade.)

After confessing recently in other Dr. Gym'll threads that I like The X-Cutioner's Song (Cable died in that story; I don't care than they retconned him back to life, as far as I'm concerned, he's dead), and that I don't like The Korvac So-Called Saga, the U-Foes confession wasn't much of a stretch for me.
