My favorite salad dressings are plain ol' French vinaigrette, followed closely by a lemon or lime dressing.

Doing a "Cattleman's" style pot roast tomorrow. Lots of onions & lots of pintos in there, too (with mustard, ginger, hot sauce, garlic, and bay leaf). Hopefully I'll have time to throw together some whole-grain cornbread, too. Haven't made that even once yet this year. Seems like the most appropriate movie to cue up with dinner would be "Blazing Saddles."
