1. Stomach Flu or Food Poisoning. (It goes away in 24 hours so if they run into you tomorrow you can say, yes, I am feeling much better). 2. I have another birthday party at that time already. Darn it. What are the chances. 3. Work. Work late. Big deadline.
Name three ways to burn bridges.

1) Borrow money from people and then insult them when they ask for it back (still planning revenge on the asshole who did this to me, saying it wasn’t his problem that I needed my money back. And his dad, who called me a bad friend for asking for my money back.)
2. Back out of a signed contract
3. Make a scene at their birthday / wedding

1. Sunburst for sure, he's like the Rising Sun or Sunfire but also super strong 2. The original Dove, we need way more nice guys in comics and who knows what stories could be told from a sensitive perspective 3. I'd say Owl Man or one of the Qwardian heroes (other than Alex Luthor) I'd like to see how they reformed, or how their personality changed after the tragedy. The Syndicate was really just a disposable plot device in Crisis, it was great but still, so many more interesting things could have come from one of the others surviving.
Choose three Earths that should've had more prominence in Crisis on Infinite Earths.

^ Great answers PB! (P.S. Your answers to my 'get out of party excuse' questions were great too. Fortunately the party was cancelled anyway so I didn't need them. ) 1. Earth B (I think this is the one where all of the out-of-continuity DC stories took place) 2. Earth C (Captain Carrot & the Zoo Crew) 3. The other four Earths that joined with Earth 1: 2, 4, S & X (we didn't see enough of them) Which three characters had the best deaths in comics?

1. Kole Weathers ... since we are on Crisis ... she just flew down there and put herself in the way. 2. Black Adam in Crisis .. Kole totally just casually transmuted him to crystal ... while he was handing Robotman his butt. buh bye Black Adam! 3. Captain Marvell's .. its really close to a cancer death anybody can die from and I think stories like that can help people learn about death and how to deal with it.
Which three characters had the best return from the dead moments in comics?

LOL I'm so happy to see all the Kole love.
That's what made me such a big fan - she wasn't even planning to be a hero, but she still acted like it, putting herself in harm's way - and getting killed in the process.
I agree thatwe need more nice guys in comics, and having Don Hall survive COIE would have been great!
Best return from dead moments, hmm...
1. Lightning Lad being resurrected way, way back in the Super-sacrifice of the Legionnaires! 2. GL Rebirth giving us back Hal Jordan AND the GL Corps WITHOUT murdering Kyle, Guy or John Stewart (and though Kilowog wasn't resurrected here, they brought him back to the fold too!) 3. I have a soft spot for Superboy showing up and rallying the Legionnaires in End of an Era. Not quite return of the dead, but close

1. DC's Captain Marvel. What kid didn't say SHAZAM and hope they got super powers. 2. The mutant X-Men, so many metaphors about prejudice, sadly so very relevant still. 3. There's a lot of others I think are great but I'll go with Fantastic Four because they all got their powers together. Which is a nice story. (so many origin stories are about loneliness, being an orphan or not fitting in.)
Name three comics book accidents that gave super heroes their powers that should not be repeated in real life.
