My character is primarily associated with Superman, and not (as already mentioned) the Flash. He has been known to make use of devices.

Villain, primarily associated with Superman (not the JSA, Batman, Flash, Aquaman or Wonder Woman)
Does not typically operate as part of a team
Born human, on Earth, but current form not human, but not made of plant matter
Has powers beyond those of a normal human. Some of those powers that are physical in nature. He is able to regenerate and visit Atlantis without special equipment.
Makes use of devices
