In "Revolt of the Girl Legionnaires", she resisted Thora's control and reunited the Legion.
In "Revolt of the Super Pets", she appealed to Streaky to end his revolt, and thereby helped bring the Pets back into the Legion fold.
That's just two stories! She certainly seems to be wherever revolution is happening.

The first story you refer to was called "Mutiny of the Super-Heroines" from Adv. 368.
"Revolt of the Girl Legionnaires" was from Adv. 326.
The two titles are pretty synonymous and I get them mixed up myself sometimes.

Don't forget her dramatic return in Great Darkness Saga, along with Superboy! *Not really* saving the day, but close enough!

Don't forget Crisis on Infinite Earths, where she saved not only the Legion, but everyone!

Supergirl saved the Legion by getting it off the ground. Her 2 tryout stories were the 3rd and 6th appearances of the Legion and introduced NINE, count 'em 9 out of the 14 pre-Adventure 300 Legionnaires! Only 5 of those 14 were introduced in Superboy stories.
I believe that if those 9 characters had not been so popular, the Legion would never have gotten their own series.

An interesting fact regarding the pre-series appearances:
Supergirl's adventures with the Legion tended to consist in her visiting the 30th century, while Superboy's tended to consist in the Legionnaires (or at least one of them) visiting 20th century Smallville.
So to that extent, those appearances with Supergirl helped established the Legion's futuristic setting.

With the arrival of new member Supragirl I was thinking we don't have too many threads about Supergirl.
There's no hint that she'll be in the Bendis Legion, but perhaps she will somehow save them at a critical moment.

She might pop up to give Bendis' version of Darkseid a thump in the upcoming Great Darkness Saga II

You guys forgot about the very first time when Kara and Whizzy (why has he never returned?) rescued the Legion from the rouge Durlans...
