Not sure exactly how you got from High Seer to gyrosphere, or how a gyrosphere is Legion-centric, but lesee...
When I think of a gyrosphere I think of something that needs stabilizing becasue it's a little loopey. Can't think of a much better description for

Hmmm...like I said before, it's hard to connect something with High Seer. I finally connected Gyrosphere with High Seer because of Naltor nature. I recall seeing that kind of technology that helps Naltorian people to control their prediction better. It was in Dream Girl's spotlight - in LSH #304 or 305 - can't remember which issue - drawn by Keith Giffen. I was hoping that someone will connect from Gyrosphere to Powersphere then on and on. Did I make sense?

Gyrosphere was created to stop earthquakes and it mucked up the Naltori predicive abilities (though why none of them foresaw this...) but it did give us a great quote that I have used at work talking about changes in legislation -"the presence of something formally absent is as much a change as the absence of something formally present." Always stuck with me for some odd reason!
