No, it's still a Tex thread.
"Tex" was a S.E. Hinton young adult novel which was turned into a wonderful 1982 movie with a teenage Matt Dillon.

I saw the Outsiders, and left it at that. Never saw Tex...never much of a Matt Dillon fan.

Didn't mind him in Outsiders...but I love the aspect of all those actors at the beginning of their careers (or at least pretty close to the beginning) starring in the same movie.
