HE surely would have been rejected, too, as his power only works the one day all year. All the rest of the year it would have been, "Phil what's the weather going to be like on this mission?" and he'd reply, "How the hell should I know? Do I look like a weatherman?" All you need is Love (and a whole big bucket of Money).
