I almost posted this in the Tribute to Jim Henson thread, but I felt Nelson deserved one of his own. I mean, he was a muppeteer for 47 years! And among his characters were the Count Von Count! And Kermit's nephew Robin, who I always found especially endearing.

Wherever he is now, I hope he finds as much joy as he brought to billions of people. R.I.P.

Oh wow, The Muppet Show.

There were two weekly everyone gather around the 13 inch tv set and be family times at the dorm in college, "Hill St. Blues" and "The Muppet Show." Kept many of us sane.

So saddened to hear this today.

A true great. Never realized he did Robin for whatever reason. Hmmmm...

May he rest in peace.
