I made sure that there was something lined up before I jumped. With a company that just cut its ties with Halliburton.
An extra hour a day (shouldn't be too bad, as it's what I used to work), but I should clear an extra £800 ($1300?) or so a month.
And less responsibility! A grade down from where I am at the moment. But I've been promised that I'll be considered for any future jobs at my present level - with a pay rise.
The one major drawback is that I don't know what my computer access is going to be like - so I may be cutting back my legionworld time drastically.
Guess I'd better finish off my bike ride to Hell before I go.
