The ground-breaking and highly influential French artist Jean "Moebius" Giraud has passed away.
I can certainly see his influence in great stylists like Walt Simonson.

What a terrific, influential artist. His work definitely showed many artists that sticking to your own style not only set you apart, it added a layer of storytelling.

He was amazing. As impactful and epic as Kirby, but in a totally different way. His freaky concepts were inspiring in a "I challenge you to think outside the box" kinda way.
