I've had very little exposure to the Fawcett heroes (with the obvious exception of the Marvels) so most of my impressions have been formed by their costumes/looks or a line of dialogue here or there.
I always liked the looks of Bulletman and especially Bulletgirl (with those yellow short-shorts) but I don't think I've ever read a story with them in. (I really like their successor Bulleteer too though I guess she's not actually a Fawcett character.)
Ibis the Invincible has a cool name and a somewhat interesting look though I rate Sargon the Sorcerer as my favourite turbanned magician. Still, I was sorry to see him offed in 'Seven Soldiers : Zatanna'. (Though I hear he may've come back in that 'Ibis the Invincible' one-shot.)
Ummmm drawing a blank on who else Fawcett owned...
Was Spy Smasher theirs? He seems interesting though once again I've never read anything with him in. I really like that Gail Simone remembered him enough to use his granddaughter as a villain in 'Birds of Prey' recently though.
And that's about all I can think of. The Fawcett characters are probably DC's most underused property (Marvels excepted again) so I'd like to see someone make them shine sometime.

I've always been partial to Hillbilly Marvel.

Spy-Smasher is one of my favorites. Of my personnal top ten 'comics I really believe I could do a brillant job writing', Spy-Smasher is one I really wish I could write.
I like Bullet-Man and Bullet-Girl, but I really love Morrison's Bulleteer.
From a post-DC standpoint, Black Adam is my favorite of all Fawcett characters, mainly because he's had the most exposure and best approach.

Just for name alone, I like Mr. Scarlet and Pinky.
Great link EDE. I like the image of Diamond Jack. There is no description of the character, but the image has him using a ring (a diamond riong maybe?) that shoots out lightning bolts and melts a gun.
