Can't be - they only live in Central and South America. Does it climb trees?

The 2nd name starts A-E. Not a vampire bat. They probably do climb trees, but I didn't notice that they're known for it. I'll check. PS - It's more likely that they might climb trees, rather than that, they probably climb trees. It's quite the opposite, actually. It's not like a mole, as far as living underground. However, it does dig burrows, or steal them, and sleeps underground, on mostly bare ground, without the nesting stuff that some who sleep underground make. So, I'm gonna say yes. -------------------- 'In the twinkling of an eye' I'll be dancing in the sky! Come, join me!

No. This is a predator type who eats whatever it can get it's paws on but it DOES have prey that it likes to eat best, hense it's unpopularity in some parts of it's range. -------------------- 'In the twinkling of an eye' I'll be dancing in the sky! Come, join me!

No, but that's a cute guess. You're probably somewhat familiar with this animal, IB. It's not islandish, but fairly close on the mainland, IIRC. -------------------- 'In the twinkling of an eye' I'll be dancing in the sky! Come, join me!

Does the first part of the name start with A-E? Sorry - really having trouble coming up with good questions.

Nope. It's quite a fun animal, in looks and actions, though. And it's first name starts with an F-L. -------------------- 'In the twinkling of an eye' I'll be dancing in the sky! Come, join me!
