Ooh, you're missing two-the most obvious one, and the least (who, btw, is not as much as a Buffy character, but a character who appeared on her show first).

Well most of he credit should go to Drake for this so if I'm right about these two and he gets here first I'll defer the question to him, but...
the obvious one missing is Buffy herself. And the less obvious one is Chanterlle/Lily/Anne.

Yup, that's the one. More specifically, she first appeared, as Chantrelle, in "Lie to Me". Later, she appeared in LA, as both Lily and Anne, on "Anne". Later, on Angel 's second season, she appeared as the manager of the youth center on the episodes "Blood Money" and "The Thin Dead Line".
Oh, and wasn't the dorm 602? I'm wrong.
