Cordelia is correct, of course. I would not count Anya, since she was a demon - sometimes. Also, I would not count Faith since I don't believe what they had was a "date." I also would not count Nancy (the girl with a big worm for a boyfriend) since I don't think they ever actually had a date.
There is one more girl with whom Xander was seen on a date...and true, the definition of "date" is slippery, but Xander and this girl are shown driving around and actually having drinks together.

Ok, a hint...the girl Xander was on a date with ran away because someone was raised from the dead.

I know the girl you mean, but I can't think what she was actually called. I could cheat and look it up though. I think it was her ex-boyfriend who was raised as a zombie (by his uncle I think) and then raised his three best friends. One of the best Xander-centric episodes they ever did (although muchly beaten by the one where he is split in two).

However, in "Something Blue," Willow de-ratted Amy, then accidentally turned her back into a rat. I have no idea if this is what LAM means, though.
